The Dead Walk!

This is a bit of a post morten peice, as The Dead Walk! have just recently broken up. Which epically sucks. They were one of the best straight up hardcore bands Australia has produced. Pure balls to the wall craziness from start to finish. Awesome guitar, lyrics almost 100% concerning zombies and general arse kicking going on left, right and centre.
As much as I'm a fan of other Australian hardcore/metalcore etc bands (read: Parkway Drive, Against, The Amity Affliction, I Killed the Prom Queen etc) TDW! was probably my favourite and I'll never understand how they didn't get great success.
For me the most annoying part is that I never got to see them live, despite them touring a fair bit. One of those 'I'll catch them next time" type things. I guess when you think a band is going to make it big time, you always figure there will be a next time.
I can't find anything for them on imeem to show off their awesomeness, so you'll just have to deal with the utter crapness of myspace to check them out. Sorry.
