He Is Legend

So I haven't posted here or at Cinema XYZ for ages. But with a helpful reminder from Charles I figured I should throw some stuff down to at least keep the place going.
Anyway I've come across a couple of new bands recently that I can talk about, and I'm going to start with He Is Legend.
A quick look at their wikipedia entry tells me that their second album Suck Out the Poison was controversial among fans due to change in singing styles. Who cares? It fucking rocks. What I've heard of their debut (I Am Hollywood), whilst quite cool, didn't ring my bell like Poison did.
For a description of their style I'd probably say half Thrice, half Parkway Drive with a bit of alt. rock influencing. May sound like a strange combo, but it works really well. Some quality riffage, cool singing and screaming everywhere.
Probably more on the screamo end of the scale than anything, it still hits all the right buttons . Definately a quality band, and worth checking out.
imeem is doing that lame thing where they only put up 30 seconds of song. Weak, luckily purevolume has a heap of songs.

I'd recomend Attack of the Dungeon Witch and Mushroom River.
